Our prep and novice programs focus on fundamentals—tight motions, sharp technique, and the confidence to perform. These teams build strong foundations without the full-time competition schedule, giving athletes a taste of the spotlight while learning to love the sport.

Tumbling & Skill Training
Our tumbling program teaches safe, structured progressions from rolls and handstands to advanced passes. Hip-Hop Dance for Littles

This high-energy class combines fun choreography with coordination and rhythm training—perfect for ages 3–6. Littles learn musicality, teamwork, and confidence while having a blast dancing to age-appropriate music.

Bartow All-Stars Cheer & Dance is proud to launch the first local All-Star cheer and tumbling program, built for the next generation of Bartow athletes and families. We’re calling on our founding families, athletes, and Bartow alumni to help us write the next chapter of this community’s cheer history. Together, we’ll shape a program that celebrates Bartow’s tradition while opening new doors for young athletes to learn, perform, and compete.
This season, we begin with three inaugural teams — two Prep teams performing in local showcases and one Competitive All-Star team representing Bartow on the mat for the very first time. Our athletes will train from our home base as we continue growing toward a future full-scale cheer and tumbling facility right here in Bartow.
